Sedelon Bellows Sealed Globe Valve

Sedelon manufactures bellows sealed globe valve. It forms a metal barrier between the medium and the atmosphere through automatic roll welding to ensure zero leakage of the stem.

It has following advantages:

• Double sealing design (bellows+packing). If the bellows fails to seal, stem packing can still achieve sealing performance.
• Sturdy and durable bellows sealed design ensures zero leakage of stem and provides maintenance-free conditions.
• The stem is quenched and tempered and its surface is nitrided, which is of good corrosion and abrasion resistance.
• The sealing surface is welded with Co-based cemented carbide, which has high abrasion, corrosion, and friction resistance.

Bellows sealed globe valve is without exterior leakage, which is safer when applied to high-risk media. It replaces the packing seal with a closed bellows that can be stretched and compressed, which can effectively prevent external leakage caused by packing loss. As long as the bellows is not damaged, there is generally no external leakage.

Bellows sealed globe valve adopts a bellows structure inside. The lower end of the stainless steel bellows is welded to the valve stem to prevent stem from being eroded by fluid, and the other end is placed between the valve body and the valve bonnet to form a static seal. The double sealing design ensures that if the bellows fails to work the stem packing can also avoid leakage. The bellows is welded to the stem to maintain stable operation performance and avoid stem vibration caused by disc vibration.
