There are several types of valve gaskets available, depending on the specific application and requirements.

Below are some common gasket types that we sedelon often use:

1. Compound gaskets: These gaskets are made from a combination of different materials. It is designed to provide a reliable seal between two surfaces, preventing the leakage of fluids or gases. They are often composed of a soft material, such as rubber or silicone, combined with a metal or fiber reinforcement for added strength and durability.

2. Spiral wound gaskets: These gaskets consist of a combination of metal and filler material, wound in a spiral pattern. They provide excellent sealing performance in high-pressure and high-temperature applications.

3. Ring joint gaskets:  These gaskets are used in flanged connections and are made from metal, such as stainless steel. They are very durable and corrosion resistant. They can provide a reliable seal in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

4. Rubber gaskets: These gaskets are made from rubber materials, such as rubber, nitrile rubber, fluoro rubber, etc. Rubber gaskets have good elasticity and sealing performance, suitable for valves in low pressure and low temperature environments. Rubber gaskets have chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can adapt to sealing requirements of various types of materials.

These are just a few examples, and there are many other types of valve gaskets available, each designed for specific applications and operating conditions.
