In order to ensure quality control and improve product quality and safety, we Sedelon have established a complete valve traceability system mainly through the following aspects.
Production records: During the production process, we have process flow cards to record information such as the production batch, production date, and production process parameters of the valve. These records can be used to trace the production process and quality control of the product. We also have BOM lists to help the production department accurately grasp valves’ components, quantities, specifications, materials, and other information, thereby ensuring the production quality and efficiency.
Quality inspection records and test records: We conduct complete quality inspections including raw material inspection, appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, functional testing, etc. These inspection records can be used to trace the quality inspection status of the product.
Valve serial number: All valves have serial numbers to trace the production and circulation process.
