In order to improve our production effectiveness and speed up the delivery time, we Sedelon built a new extra factory, it covers an area of 15000 square meters. It has already been put into production successfully this year!
The headquarters factory mainly produces customized products, and the new factory specializes in producing and storing large quantities of inventory, the two factories’ total monthly production capacity can reach 6000 pcs valves.
For gate valves, globe valves, and swing check valves, we have a large new inventory of semi-finished and finished products, all of which are produced and assembled by high-quality castings, and can deliver them in a short time! The inventory specifications are WCB body, trim #8, and flange ends.
Also, for GGC valves, we can meet the customer’s demand to split the valve into components for shipment. We will assemble and test the valves first, after passing the test, the valve will be disassembled into components and packaged accordingly. We will also provide a detailed packing list to facilitate domestic assembly for customers.
